brown the minced meat with olive oil and a little water.
When the meat is almost cooked, grill the chopped onion and pepper with the meat.
Add the tomato pulp; season with salt and pepper and stir in the paprika.
When the meat part is finished, heat the wheat pancakes in the oven for a few minutes.
Then, on each pancake, place a lettuce leaf, the minced meat on top, the grated Gruyère cheese and the diced tomatoes.
Roll the burrito, and enjoy.
