I intend to gain self-confidence because it will help me move forward and be more productive so I will no longer criticize myself and I will take care of myself
I intend to have a better sleep rhythm because I have too many dark circles and I’m tired so I go to bed early and get up early.
I intend to do more sports because I want to have a better body so I’m going to run 3 times a week, and sign up at the gym.
I intend to be more attentive to my family because I love them and want to take advantage of them so I will organize outings and be less in opposition with them.
I intend to better seek what is after death because it is a vital question for me so I will speak directly to God, I have nothing to lose, and read the so-called “religious” texts.
