Sagot :
Dear diary,
I've been drafted to go to war, the Germans are taking over Europe and are causing mass genocide to the innocent population. The United States responded it with an army of soldiers heading towards Europe by boat. Including myself. I'm not prepared emotionally because I only did a few years of military service which isn't enough. I feel worried about what awaits me on the battlefield. Can it be death? Maybe. I sure do not know what's to come up, but the only thing I'm looking up to; is getting back home and meet my family in one piece. I heard hundreds of thousands of soldiers died while they fought, I wouldn't want to be in that situation. I may even be given a reward for having such bravery to fight in the war. Enough dreaming, the only thing that I know is that I need to be optimistic about the future and fight with all my will.
