1st unhealthy dish:
kebab fries
I like the kebab, on the other hand I don't really like when the spices are too present.
The flavors are delicious and very fragrant. The meat is cooked on a spit.
2nd healthy dish:
Alaskan fillet steamed
vegetables mashed sweet potatoes
I love mashed potatoes but not fish and vegetables.
For the fish, I cook it for 2 minutes on each side. The vegetables, I cooked in a pressure cooker.
Comparaison:
The 1st course is much more caloric, the 2nd is more varied there are vegetables, starches and very little fat.
