I think that this picture is a cartoon image.
In foreground I can see a table, a old lady and a young girl sitting around this table. The old woman has a cat on her legs sitting with her, she looks old because she has white hair, glasses and wrinkles. She looks like she's staring at the girl infront of her while she's talking. The girl has a book infront of her on the table. There is a mirror on the wall next to them. Behind the woman and her cat, there is a door, so i think that they are at home.
