It has won the Pulitzer Prize for drama and was nominated for a record-breaking of 16 Tony awards, eventually winning 11. Hamilton employs a cast of non-white actors.

I think a musical isn't really a good way to learn history because it’s a show mainly made for entertainment. So it is only inspired by history. But I think that a musical can be a good way to raise interest in history.
