They are too polite, they don't like to cause a scene or complain.
But they secretly judge you behind your back ! Even if politeness is defined marvel, British people are sometimes quite rude or rather odd in another.
They ALWAYS say sorry ! They say sorry for everything ! If a British people doesn't say "sorry" atleast more than 5 times, u should get worried sick...
