A) in my opinion i think that equal pay for all employees is definitely the best possible motivation. Every employee would feel equal within each other and it would be fair. No one would be under payed or over payed.
B) I agree with the fact that women are responsible for the gender wage gap because according to multiple sources, women are paid less than men even though they have the same job.
