LeBron James, born December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio, is an American professional basketball player. He currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Measuring 2.06m and weighing 113kg, he has the potential to play as a winger, strong winger and leader. He is considered one of the best players in NBA history. He is nicknamed "King James" (King James) or "The Chosen One" (The Chosen One).
He sets numerous individual precocity records. LeBron James was voted Rookie of the Year in 2004 and won the MVP title four times (in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013).
