What are your strengths at work?
Before any interview, have a prepared list of your greatest strengths and specific examples that illustrate each attribute. Show how your skills will benefit the business. Popular traits are: Winning, intelligence, positivity, good communication, dedication and confidence.
What are your weaknesses?
Prepare your answer in such a way that what you mention can be overcome and will not compromise you for the open position. Instead of using the word "weakness", prefer "Point to be developed" instead.
