1) Paul has just painted the garage door.

Phrase au present perfect donc " be" au present perfect ==> has been

The garage door has just  been painted by Paul.

2) They will serve tea at five.

Phrase au futur donc "be" au futur == > will be

Tea will be served ( by them ) at five.

Ici le complément d'agent est facultatif.

3) Mr Smith can't repair my watch.

Phrase avec un modal ( can ) donc "be" avec ce modal ==> can't be

My watch can't be repaired by Mr Smith.

4) They are building a new shopping centre.

Phrase au présent be+ing donc "be" au présent be + ing==> is being

A new shopping center is being built by them.

5) A child broke my kitchen window.

Phrase au prétérit donc "be" au prétérit ==> was

My kitchen window was broken by a child.

6) Be careful ! That dog  could "b i t e" you.

Phrase avec le modal could (conditionnel ) donc "be" avec could ==> could be
