Hi, in the past and now, the high school say " You must have uniform". And it won't change, because it's a tradition. In primary, we wears what we want, we are kids, you can't force child to wears some uniforms.
In the futur, it could change, if people and ideas change. But in primary, parent's couldn't want to wears their child like adults. It's not moral.
