Pour cet exercice il y a deux théorèmes a appliqué : Thalès et Pythagore .
Explications étape par étape
Théorème de Thalès :
MN'/MN = MP'/MP = N'P'/NP
1) MP'= 3/4MP
MP' = 3/4 x 40 = 30
2) MP'/MP = N'P'/NP
N'P' = 30x MP'/40
= 30x30 /40 =22,5
3) Théorème de Pythagore :
MN² = MP²+ MN²
MN² = 40² +30² = 1600+900 =2500
MN = 50
