I felt a bit embarrassed because all the customers in the restaurant were watching me, but I was very happy too! I sat down and I thanked them for this very nice surprise.
We spent a very good evening. My husband and I ate lasagna, but John and my sister Erin chose pizzas. We spoke a lot during the dinner and I found out that John and Erin already knew each other because they had worked together on a TV documentary for the Nature Channel.
When my birthday cake arrived, I blew out the birthday candles and then, they gave me their presents: a two-week trip to Canada.
Wow! What a perfect present! I dreamt of visiting Montreal and the Great Lakes! And suddenly John stood up and stopped next to my sister Erin. He knelt down and proposed to her… INCREDIBLE !
She was surprised , said "yes". They got married two months later and went on honeymoon in Spain.
