When i read this quote the meaning that comes up to me is:
Imagining, dreaming and fantasizing are necessary things in life. It is a way to have a different perspective in life and It's a way to go through the hardships in life. It is also a way of encouraging yourself and making you believe in yourself.
For example: You aspire to be a doctor but you suck in school and you fail in every subject. When you fantasize and imagine yourself being a doctor, it gives you thus determination and confidence. That way you work hard to achieve your dreams.
Another example: When a precious one dies you feel lonely and depressed. But when you fantasize about him and imagine him by your side, you won't feel lonely or sad cause you know that he's with you.
