The woman serving food has gray hair, she wears a tunic as well as a white apron.The man standing has gray hair. He put a tank top as well as a bandana around his head.
Also because of the way they wear the hats and the type of fastfood.
Conclusion:

The difference between the 2 images is that the first image is more traditional and simple. They look well educated eat healthy foods. They also wear modest and simple clothes. It looks like a family from the 19s.
However the 2nd image looks modernized. They eat fast food that did not exist years ago. They also wear more modern clothes, not very modest and look like gangsters.
