This cartoon is denouncing the hypocrisy of human beings. In the first image, the planet goes on bike because it is earth day and then the rest of the year they take the car. This comes to show humans need a reminder to be good and care after the planet and the majority aren’t interested in actually doing something good if there isn’t any motivation behind it.
