This pictures seems to represent a paperboy delivering the new paper on a sunny day. He is riding the bicycle with one hand, and throwing the package with the other one. We can notice the heavy bag on his right side containing all the newspaper he has to deliver and the helmet to protect him in case of falling.
Howewer, he is located on the bottom right corner of the picture and the central space is mostly occupied by a garden. We can see in the backgroung a few trees and the path he took to came here. A few cars are parked nearby and this is basically everything we can say about this picture ( without interpretation )
